Counseling Services

At Ignite Ministries, we believe in the power of prayer, deliverance, and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit. We also recognize that for many people - especially those who have experienced trauma - healing is not always instantaneous. There are often layers, and healing can be a process.

 

Our Pastor, Bishop Joshua Sarmiento, is bi-vocational and highly trained and skilled as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). We are blessed to have Ignite Community Counseling & Resource Center located directly beside of the church. Through the counseling services of ICCRC, we come alongside individuals, couples, and families to provide compassionate, professional support in a safe and confidential setting. Counseling does not replace faith - it works alongside it. God often heals through process, community, wisdom, and care, just as He does through prayer and deliverance.

Trauma can impact the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Counseling helps identify those layers, address root wounds, and equip individuals with healthy tools to experience lasting freedom and restoration. Our approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and faith-aware, honoring each person’s journey and pace.
